In April 2024, Chilean clients learned about GNEE Group through our TikTok account and contacted us. They expressed interest in purchasing 600 tonnes of S325JRH structural carbon steel pipes but, due to having been deceived before, they wished to visit GNEE Group before proceeding with the collaboration. We fully understood their concerns and warmly welcomed their visit.
In May 2024, the clients from Chile visited GNEE Group. We gave them a tour of our facilities and introduced the development history of GNEE Group. Afterwards, we took the clients to the conference room and showed them a company video to provide more information about GNEE Group and our factory. Following the video, we presented our SGS and ISO certificates to the clients, who remarked that GNEE Group appeared very professional and reliable.
Subsequently, we began discussing the details of the collaboration. The clients expressed their desire to receive the steel pipes within 60 days and requested chemical performance testing, physical performance testing, and non-destructive testing reports for the pipes. We assured them that providing quality inspection reports would not be an issue, but the steel pipes would be delivered in three batches within the 60-day period. The clients understood and agreed to this delivery plan.
Regarding packaging and logistics, the clients had no special requirements and requested that we handle it in the most suitable manner. After discussing all the details, both parties signed the cooperation documents and took a commemorative photo together.
