UT flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection:
Mainly use the phenomenon that ultrasonic waves will refract and reflect when encountering the interface, and at the same time amplify and receive the reflected signal through the instrument signal receiver, analyze the received signal, and find out the information of defects inside the pipeline.

Advantages: Low work efficiency, easy preservation of negatives, and traceability of results.
Disadvantages: From the technical operability point of view, the operation difficulty of ultrasonic detection technology is much greater than that of X-ray detection technology, it is more complex, and no negative film can be preserved.

Commonly used in the production and rolling of pressure pipelines and container steel plates such as high-pressure boiler steel pipes, fertilizer pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, petrochemical pipelines, and subsequent weld internal defect detection in welding connection.
