lntroduction

Seamless steel pipe has a hollow section, which is widely used as a pipeline for conveying fluids, such as oil, natural gas, gas, water and some solid materials. Compared with solid steel such as round steel, steel pipe is lighter when its bending and torsional strength is the same. It is a kind of steel with economic section and is widely used to manufacture structural parts and mechanical parts, such as oil drill pipe, automobile transmission shaft, bicycle frame and steel scaffolding used in construction. technological process

Generally, the production process of seamless steel pipe can be divided into cold drawing and hot rolling. The production process of cold rolling seamless steel pipe is generally more complex than hot rolling. First, the pipe blank shall be continuously rolled with three rollers. After extrusion, the sizing test shall be carried out. If the surface does not respond to cracks, the round pipe shall be cut by the cutter, and the length of the blank shall be about one meter. Then enter the annealing process. The annealing shall be conducted with acid liquid. During acid pickling, attention shall be paid to whether there is a large amount of blistering on the surface. If there is a large amount of blistering, the steel pipe quality cannot meet the corresponding standard. The appearance of cold rolled seamless steel pipe is shorter than that of hot rolled seamless steel pipe. The wall thickness of cold rolled seamless steel pipe is generally smaller than that of hot rolled seamless steel pipe, but the surface looks brighter than that of thick walled seamless steel pipe. The surface is not too rough, and the diameter is not too much burr. The delivery status of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes is generally the hot-rolled status after heat treatment. After the quality inspection, the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe shall be strictly selected by the staff by hand. After the quality inspection, the surface shall be coated with oil, followed by many cold drawing experiments. After the hot rolling treatment, the piercing experiment shall be carried out. If the piercing diameter is too large, the straightening and correction shall be carried out. After straightening, it is transferred to the flaw detector by the conveyor for flaw detection test. Finally, it is placed in the warehouse after being labeled and specifications arranged.
